Question Authority -- Think for Yourself!
"You know those
authority
figures who are telling you that marijuana is a bad thing to talk
about?
Well those people do some horrible, awful things. They believe that
violence
is the answer to everything! Be aware of what these people are
doing--these
people are brainwashing all of us. And they have the gall to say that
we
are the problem, that marijuana is the problem. Well, marijuana doesn't
bust
down people's doors. Marijuana doesn't destroy people's lives.
Marijuana
has not been proven to kill one single person. I don't believe it is a
marijuana
problem. I truly believe it is the authority figures in our life--it's
their
problem! They're the ones who are lying to us, who are making us feel
awful.
And we need to start looking at who are these people!? What are they
saying
to us? Why
are we allowing them to keep us
silent, to keep us held down, to
keep us from speaking our truth. It's all a mental game. And when you
start
asking questions about what these people are about, they don't hold up
very
well--they don't have a lot of moral justification for what they do. We
are better than these fraudulent authority figures, who try so
desperately
to rule over our lives!"

the law, but changing the prejudice and fear of bigots who hide behind
drug war rhetoric is a far more challenging task. It's time to expose
